Wishing Every day's a Sunday
Sunday is my favorite day of the week. It's sometimes called family day too. I spent my childhood enjoying my Sunday breakfasts cooked by my grandma and then later she would find me playing with my friends. I was a kid who loved to have fun and even wished I could buy all the toys I want. Until now i still wish I'm able to afford most of the things I want. Who wouldn't wish to be born in a very wealthy family. Not required to work to earn a living and be able to do everything you want to do everyday. This takes away the burden of having too many responsibilities and gives you more time for fun. Imagine being able to take your family out on a vacation not worrying about sticking to your budget or enjoying your hobbies and not thinking about how much time and money you spend doing it. In reality, in order to achieve comfort and happiness we need to work hard. Living everyday of the week as we are supposed to but still wishing that every day's a Sunday.

Everyday is like Sunday
Everyday is like Sunday, this is a song from the legendary song writer Morrissey. This is the tune that keeps playing over my head when my favorite day comes close. Well, when you think about Sunday it’s a day to rest and spend time to our family. Ideally, that’s a Sunday for normal folks with regular day jobs. But always remember that there are less fortunate individuals that work on a weekend especially on a Sunday. Unfortunately, our group falls into that category. This doesn’t mean that we don’t like working on Sundays. We go to work on Sundays but there’s isn’t any work to be done. Well, it is fun because you go to work and its really dead silent that you can hear a person typing meters away from you. That is why we love longing for this day to come once a week. We simply call it our 3rd rest day.

I wish it was a Sunday
My favorite day of the week is Sunday. It says in the bible that Sunday is the day of the" Sabbath"; the day of rest after 6 days of work. Most people work 5 days a week, sucks if you have to work 6. But for most people who do work Monday to Friday, Saturday is when they socialize. This is usually the day spent with friends, shopping, movies, events and so on and so forth. But I believe most would agree with me that Sunday is when we get to spend time with our families. So most would rather just stay at home, for family movies, playing with kids, catching up with the rest of the household. Sunday has this cozy feeling to it, it's the day when everyone is given the license to get lazy. If you don't feel like cleaning your house, doing your homework (for students), running errands, it's OK. And this is why I wish it was a Sunday (always). This is the day when you can set aside any troubles, pressure at work or any issues in other areas of lives. Besides we have 6 other days to deal with those!

Hoping it's a Sunday
Almost everyone of us look forward to Sundays....I do, though its unfortunate that I had to work on this day. However, that won't make me not like this day any less.
We would all almost agree that we love Sundays because of the following reasons.
1. Sunday is a day to sit back and relax, watch TV and movies, listen to music, go to the spa or gym, and go out to have fun.
2. Sunday gives you the perfect excuse not to wake up early for school or work. You could lie in bed all day without your alarm clock bugging you to be up early.
3. Sunday is a time with friends, family, pets and loved ones.
Amidst our busy days, we should always see to it that we at least spend a few hours of our day like its a Sunday. Sunday makes us realize the things that matter to us and gives us the opportunity to appreciate the simple things in life that makes us happy.
